A) A results card will be printed and signed by all players.
B) The result of the match to be signed for by both teams.
C) The winning team is responsible for bringing the card to the next league meeting, and telephoning the result over to the results secretary. Phone calls must be made before the following Thursday and cards received by the following meeting.
D) There are no cancellations. If a team fails to fulfil a fixture, the non – offending team will receive Ten Points, ( Which includes the Eight ). The offending team will not receive any points.
E) If there is no phone call or E-Mail sent to the results secretary, by 10.00PM on the Thursday following the game, the offending team will be deducted three points as a first offence. Subsequent offences will incur a five point penalty.
